Starting with art directing a photoshoot we have built up a very busy working relationship with one of the country's biggest Bingo Clubs. Working closely with the Gala Comms team and the in-house print buying department we produce everything from brand identity to promotional Point of Sale and Direct Mail for the Bingo, Food & Beverages and Machines departments.
Our work for EMH Group primarily focuses on 'talking to tenants'. We design five 16 page newsletters every quarter, literature for reception areas and have recently produced the Tenant Handbook. As EMH Group's lead agency we are also responsible for all financial and legal documents such as the Report & Accounts, Financial Statements and the Annual Report to Tenants to name just a few.

FIRST GROUP _2012-07-18
Working in partnership with transport design specialist Jones Garrard Move we have rebranded First Group's bus liveries throughout all categories. With a vision to create a customer experience on the bus that delivers a better journey, starting from dawn in the depot, throughout the day and into the night... improvements in the livery reflect customer feedback, employee pride and stakeholder engagement. To this end we have created the new livery to represent the First bus brand and enables local features to be added to give a more customer friendly look and feel. DING DING!
EMH Group wanted a new brand to promote their homes for sale and shared ownership. The brand needed to dispel the potentially negative connotations of ‘social’ or ‘affordable’ housing; but it needed to be friendly and approachable. Our response? ‘Hello Homes’
“We asked WORK to present a number of options for the new brand. ‘Hello’ is something we’d never have come up with and we’re delighted with it. The feedback from customers has been overwhelmingly positive and, since launching the brand, home sales were up so quickly we ran out of properties to sell and now sell properties on behalf of other agents too, to keep up with demand”

Continuing a lasting relationship with Goldsmiths we were asked to create a sub-brand for its bespoke jewellery service - Handcrafted. Following the design of the logo we developed the brand messages and graphic language for in-store POS, a 12 page booklet and a basic stationery range.
