HouseMark approached us in April this year to bring fresh, creative ideas to their CIH Conference 2015 exhibition stand and accompanying marketing materials. Working with a number of different people both internal and external to HouseMark, we set about making the necessary improvements to their communications.
Before designing anything, we sat down with the client to ensure we fully understood their requirements and to anticipate any possible future complications. During these initial discussions, we identified some potential issues with elements of their existing copy and put forward some suggested changes. Agreeing with our observations, the Head of Communications at HouseMark then worked closely with our Business Manager to develop a new set of messages to ensure a complicated set of services could be quickly and clearly communicated to its target audience at the up and coming event.
Keen to let customers know how they could ‘get more from HouseMark’ we designed an unusual, hexagonal booklet which was available to take-away on the stand. We worked very closely with a local printer to develop an accurate cutter and produced a unique and potentially difficult booklet with ease.
We are delighted to report that all of our hard work paid off. HouseMark informed us that all the work has been really well received by both staff and visitors at the exhibition. The Chief Executive said “it is the best stand we’ve ever had”.
